Thank you for visiting my page. I reside in Tucson, Arizona with my husband. I love books and collecting art. I am passionate about organizational building, spiritual direction, the enneagram, and DEIB work.

My Professional Bio

Erlina Edwards has served the Leadership Development and Human Resources Community within prestigious companies like PeopleSoft, Intuit, and Community Brands. Utilizing her strategic and operational background, she has proven abilities to appraise, develop rapidly, and lead people developmentinitiatives that achieve corporate and non-profit vision and mission.

She led the “Best in Class” HR team that received the “Society for Human Resource Management” award for three consecutive years as the “Best Place to Work.” Erlina is also recognized for developing and implementing innovative employee programs that increased employee engagement, boosted productivity, and enhanced leadership skills across all levels.

Erlina’s testimonials portray her as an insightful executive coach, facilitative business advisor, and spiritual counselor confidante. She applies highly developed interpersonal skills to foster growth, innovation, and profits. She is a collaborative leader who builds effective partnerships across all levels of a cross-functional global organization.

Erlina is a graduate of All Faiths International Seminary in New York. She holds multiple certifications in Enneagram Learning, including the status of International Enneagram Professional, and has accreditation from The Narrative Enneagram Tradition. She is an interfaith minister and an accredited Spiritual Director. 

Additional competencies include 360 assessment analysis, Executive Coaching, Career Transition Management, Performance Management, Employment Law, and certification as an Insight Consultant.

She has held leadership roles with The Arizona Enneagram Association and the International Alliance for Women and was the Founder and President of the African American HR Forum in Oakland, California. She is the former Co-Executive Director of The Narrative Enneagram. She currently serves as an Associate Faculty member, overseeing TNE’s program to increase the certification of multicultural teachers within marginalized communities.
